If she would have done what she was told to do there would not have been a problem. Nothing was ask of her that was immoral, illegal, or out of the normal activities of the school situation.
She caused this situation herself. It seems to me that the spoiled brat was disobedient, uncontrollable, and then resisted Law Enforcement. She should have been arrested for assaulting the officer.

Preview of the day when ACORN thugs show up at your house to get your Federal ID photo ... Except she didn't have an autoloader and converging fields of fire with marked ranges and someone with her calling the shots. Other than that, just like a preview.

When school officials tried to take her picture for school identification, she refused because her hair was not fixed. You can bet she learned this type of crap from her mother.

Too many 11 year old girls are uppity little brats. It’s unfortunate that she was roughed up, but it sounds like she’s a little pre-madonna snot.
Law enforcement shouldn’t be involved in schools. Behavior issues at school should be dealt with administratively.

I love these types of threads. You can tell the trolls and the people who think they are conservative but are really control freaks who should be voting democrat. Yep, I am talking about all the people on this thread who somehow think an American citizen doesn't have the right to refuse to have their picture taken. When I was in school it was the child's choice, take the damn picture or not. As far as a picture needed for ID that is BS also.
Anyone who condones a police officer on school grounds in the first place and one who has the right to toss a kid to the ground and cuff them because they don't want their picture taken, for what ever reason, isn't an American but some kind of gutless wimp who thinks the government should be running every aspect of our lives.
Not only did this cop NOT have the constitutional right to take this girl down, they don't really have the authority to be on the school grounds at all unless some crime(a real one) has occured.
And you all wonder why we have the likes of Bozo and boys in control. Look in the mirror, all of you posters on this thread condoning what the officer did and calling the girl a brat, you are the ones who let this creeping communism sneak up on us.
Good luck when they come around to take you to the "re-education" camps.
