Outrage, a new documentary that skewers closeted, anti-gay pols, features revealing interviews with openly gay politicians such as U.S. Reps. Barney Frank and Tammy Baldwin and warriors of the gay rights movement like Larry Kramer and Michelangelo Signorile.
But Florida political junkies will delight in seeing more familiar names. There’s lots of footage of Gov. Charlie Crist on the campaign trail, including a scene from a memorable 2006 debate against Democrat Jim Davis and Reform party candidate Max Linn. Crist’s former chief of staff, George LeMieux, is briefly on screen, as is former Secretary of State Katherine Harris.
