How come the parole agency didn't even know that he lived on a two-acre property?? That to me is unbelievable. You would think a casual observer would notice the huge size of the lots merely by standing outside.
They performed a complete inspection in the house some time ago and glanced out the back window to see a very small yard with a fence. These are apparently not the sharpest knives in the drawer!
