We have had a few rooms canceled due to health problems that came up on a few folks making it impossible for them to attend. They had already booked rooms at the Sheraton at our group rate.

Although our group rate deadline was Monday at midnight, I am going to see if they will allow us to refill the rooms that were canceled due to health issues that came on those who were planning on attending.

I will let everyone know if the Sheraton will allow those previous booked rooms (now canceled) to be refilled at our same group rate.
