W-O-W...........there's another big class action lawsuit for tobacco lawyer Dickie Scruggs. He can sue the CIA for blowing second-hand smoke into the face of terrorists, for millions of dollars.
UH...UH....HMMM...I forgot, Dickie is in the Federal slammer for trying to buy off a trial judge, in another class action suit.
