Especially if they use the ATF’s own insane determinations as to what constitutes “construction” against the ATF.

Montana's plan is called "An Act exempting from federal regulation under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution of the United States a firearm, a firearm accessory, or ammunition manufactured and retained in Montana."

heheh, the title alone is a big 'f u big brutha'...I'd imagine the Sheriffs best be gettin on the same page and be prepared to protect their constituents from the ninja that will surely try to make a few examples...

Waco could end up being small taters...

For Instance, Under the ATF’s Convoluted Rules,
If you owned an AR-15 (a Semi-Automatic Weapon) and happened to have a Shoe string in your Home, You could be charged with Possession of an Unregistered Fully Automatic weapon.

The ATF is Not alone in this kind of Logic.

The DEA could charge you with Manufacturing Crack if you are found to have a small personal Quantity of Cocaine But also have Baking Soda in your home.
