People from one region of the Country will be used in another region. And Racial Makeup of Troops will also be used against the Other.
If they are doing that to make it easier to get "them" to shoot at "us", the corollary is that it will make it easier for "us" to shoot at "them".

A Constitution written from a strict Conservative standpoint might be workable though. The one we have is better. It is written in accordance with the Natural Law, the one professed in our Declaration of Independence.
But without a moral people to enforce it, any Constitution is so much paper.
