the problem is that vaccines only work if enough people take them to create a herd immunity. But there’s no trust anymore.

In the old days, everyone had trust and took their polio shots and that was the end of polio. If we had to deal with polio today, we’d probably see parents taking their kids to polio parties. :/

Polio was a very specified vaccine that took painstaking years to develop and trial test.

Flu shots are more of an untested cocktail. Each individual has to determine if the benefits out way the risks. And yes, you are correct on the trust issue. But then again, this government has quickly earned that distrust.
