Now, as I look more closely at what you have said, I realize it wasn't a typo error on my part that you were referring to, it was the saying, “forewarned is forearmed.” I've never heard of this saying...I was referring to a heads up on obama’s “take over” move, and the dangers to us all. And, yes, arming yourself is the next move.

I would not call it shadow as its real and he is shifting power already, thus parallel soon to be the dominant one. Best part for him? He totally bypasses senate....
This is totally unconstitutional and he should be impeached for his treasonous conspiracy against the commitment where he took oath to uphold.
