WASHINGTON, Aug. 25 (UPI) -- Recently released documents show harsh questioning of suspected terrorists provided significant information on al-Qaida, former Vice President Dick Cheney said.
Cheney released a written statement on the documents that became public Monday, including a 2004 report from the CIA inspector general, CNN reported.
“The documents released Monday clearly demonstrated the individuals subjected to enhanced interrogation techniques provided the bulk of intelligence we gained about al-Qaida,” Cheney said. “This intelligence saved lives and prevented terrorist attacks.”

Muslims cut off girls’ clitoris at birth and stone their women for the slightest real or imagined infraction, and torture and murder people for being Christians or Jews. Then when they try to mass murder Americans, liberals wee wee all over themselves when the CIA uses effective interrogation techniques to stop it. This is war. Get over it.
Really who cares? If they are caught on the battlefield against our soldiers who cares what happens to them?
Depends on what they know. You don’t know what they know until you ask. Shoot them and then tell them you’ll help them if they talk.
If they talk, finish them. If they don’t, let them die a slow, agonizing death. Either way, you’ve kept your word and taxpayers don’t have to house them, clothe them, feed them special food, etc. Dead enemies can’t make false claims of torture either.
