Hey, great post!

I mentioned this to a fellow FReeper the other night
that the Obama Cult reminded me of the Thulsa Doom
snake cult.

The part where J.E.J. is sitting on his throne and transforms into the serpent would really be fitting if Obama’s face could replaces James Earl's.

Cohen can’t quite bring himself to put it in those terms, but he does concede that “the country needs health-care reform and success in Afghanistan, and both efforts are going in the wrong direction. The message needs to be fixed, and so, with some tough introspection, does the man.”

Ahh, did Mr. Cohen have a Freudian slip here? The message needs to be fixed, not the problem solved.

I suppose from Mr. Cohen's ivory tower of intellectual superiority, you can sell anything to us stupid fly-over dolts, if the message is correct.
