O'Reilly told his audience that the government cannot force Americans to buy something they don't want under the Commerce Clause in the Constitution:

Obviously, Bill O'Reilly is a racist who is undermining our country then. Right?

Obama's attempt to distract by shouting, "Bush protected us from terrorists!" is another in his unending string of idiotic choices.

 

The federal government in healthcare is unconstitutional. No power given to the federal government authorizes healthcare and this isn't the only issue. The government is mandating several issues to the states and taking power from the states which is against the Constitution. Also, price fixing is against federal law (there are people in jail for that). I could go on. The federal cannot mandate to private industry OR individuals. We either have a Constitution or not. Its time to use it.
