Just a coincidence, but he was to be ambassador to Argentina at about the same time the current defense minister of Iran was plotting the bombing that killed scores of people in a Jewish enclave in Buenos Aries and for which both Interpol and the Argentine govt want his arrest and extrdition.

Yeah, we are to believe that poor Citi was defrauded, snookered, and robbed of money sent to Hillary and Kerry and whoever else. ..or did they just turn the other way? So now it’s time for Nemazee to take the fall, and they get to wash their hands of the whole thing. Nemazee created Nemazee Holdings in the early 1970’s and entered the financial services industry by partnering directly with AIG; at the time, it was unique for the insurance giant to enter into such a relationship. Around this same time Nemazee created a joint venture for the establishment of a bank with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, predecessor to JP Morgan & Co.

Nemazee Capital evolved out of Nemazee Holdings and originally focused on real estate development. More recently, the company has turned its investment portfolio towards the financial services industry through the acquisition of Carret Asset Management, a privately owned, $2 billion investment advisory firm originally founded by investor Phillip Carret/ Nemazee Capital also participated in the acquisition of the Brean Murray investment bank now called Brean Murray Carret & Co.

Hassan Nemazee, a national finance chairman for the Clinton campaign, said that if Mr. Obama won the nomination, most of Mrs. Clinton’s top 300 to 400 fund-raisers would support him. But Mr. Nemazee said that how much money they could bring in would depend on how deeply the Obama campaign integrated the two operations, what kind of fund-raising events were held and whether Mrs. Clinton ended up on the ticket as the vice-presidential nominee.

“It would be important how much Senator Obama and his top advisers in Chicago reached out, and how welcome our people felt,” Mr. Nemazee said.

Mullah Moolah-— Iranian Regime Sympathizers Bring In Bundles for Hillary

In 2001, at the invitation of Mobil Oil Chairman Lucio Noto, whom he counts as a “personal friend,” Hassan Nemazee joined the board of the American-Iranian Council, a U.S. lobbying group that consistently has supported lifting U.S. sanctions on Iran and accommodating the Tehran regime.

Hassan Nemazee also helped establish the Iranian-American Political Action Committee (IAPAC) Because of his association with IAPAC, Hassan Nemazee was accused of serving as an agent for the Islamic government of Iran by the Student Movement Coordinating Committee for Democracy in Iran (SMCCDI)- via Crosswalk.

On Sunday, Page Six Magazine published a piece about New York powerfuls using their children as “money mules” for political donations—which means that the parents are donating money under their kids’ names when the parents have reached the limit for political contributions.

The implication is that these students and/or unemployed socialites have parents who refuse to abide by the political donation regulations, and are using their children’s names to shovel money into selected campaigns. The defense from most of the billionaires is that they have raised their children to be actively involved in politics and that even teenagers are able to make the commendable choice to ...
