So you do want crimes to be designated “hate crimes”? I’m only concerned if the jurors acquit the plainly guilty defendant and then go out and party with him and his lawyer. If he goes to jail, though, what more do you want?

No, I do not want " hate crime" statutes, but call it what it is, this was a racially motivated crime.

What do I want? I want them dead as soon as possible so the taxpayers isn't stuck for the next 60 yrs. or some liberal judge let's them out down the road.
