But looky here, he's having his Town Hall at the nether reaches of his district .

There's plenty of room available in the more heavily populated sectors in Arlington County and the City of Alexandria ~ but he's avoiding all that ~ even the Leftwingtard intellectual crowd that inhabits American University and the State Department up near the Fairfax/Arlington county lines.

So what is Jim afraid of?
