I feel like Herman Munster: “DARN, DARN , DARN, DARN !!!!”.
Mission scrubbed due to weather perimeter violation
Scrubbed! Drat! But Safety First!! We are learning so much from Our Shuttles and The Space Station! Its revolting when We hear these naysayers spewing the babble of the Left. Its just amazing that just 110 years ago, two bicyle shop owners launched Us on this path with a fragile cloth winged bird that is still beautiful today and that for the first time in the History of Our Earth, We can fly higher and faster than Our Friends of Feathers who made Us dream for all those Eternities of Flight!
I can’t watch it live tomorrow so I just set the tivo to record the NASA channel broadcast.
Sadly, I’ll not be with y’all tomorrow. I have to work, so I’ll be missing the party.
Godspeed Discovery!
Damn! Set the alarm, got up and set up my cameras and CANCELLED!!! Just damn~ See ya tomorrow night, err, Wednesday morning.
Aye, Aye and Here, Here TRP.

Try again in 23 hours. Thanks.
My grandmother was born in 1884 and died in 1983. She always said she lived in the most unbelievable time in history where so much had happened. Even more so for her - growing up tending sheep in the mountains of the old country. Hard to imagine what it must have been like for her to go from a life of wood fires, candles and creek water to airplanes, and rocket ships.
Sorry to hear that H62.
You will be missed.
I say yee, Hoagy62.

ya night all.
Yep. Forgot to mention - died in her sleep in her home where she lived by herself! (Had a gal come in 3 times a week to cook, clean and fix her hair on Saturdays!)

I heard all the old stories from my maternal GPs,
and also got to watch the Moon landing with people
who were born before the Wright Brothers flew.
Amazing days indeed, 21twelve.

Just in from the Cape...the place was packed but the lightning was ridiculous and was so obvious 40 mins out there was no way the shuttle was getting off the ground...so many people out for an early morning launch during the week.
1:10 A.M. later today...gonna go celebrate my anniversary with my wife. Don’t think I will make the drive over to the Cape tomorrow...maybe catch it from Orlando where we will be for the night.
