Democratic House Leaders Conceal Their Health Bill Covers Illegal Aliens

The House bill actually raises more questions than it resolves with respect to whether the bill will burden American taxpayers by giving health care benefits to legal and illegal aliens. Under Welfare Reform, legal aliens are required to wait five years before becoming eligible for welfare or other taxpayer funded benefits. The House bill eliminates that 5-year waiting period. Accordingly, legal aliens will become immediately eligible for this government handout paid for by American taxpayers. Illegal aliens are also likely to qualify for this affordability credit. This is because there are NO provisions that would prevent illegals from participating in the exchange or from receiving the credit. Likewise, there are NO requirements that a government agency verify eligibility. Accordingly, without these important safeguards, illegal aliens would probably receive this subsidy.

Obamacare socialized medicine will be bad enough with its inevitable long lines and waits, rationing of care, end of the traditional doctor-patient relationship, and enormous tax increases. Add 12 to 20 illegal aliens to the mix and it's a national catastrophe waiting to happen. Today's Drudge report was headed by by the bold red letter caption: "OBAMA HIKES 10-YEAR DEFICIT TO $9 TRILLION." If Obama admits to that figure we can probably triple it. We're broke and the next couple generations are already in hock. True to his socialist agenda, the only cuts have been in national defence.

Barney Frank from his town hall said this:

Violet Perry, 89, of Dartmouth, worried about some 50 million uninsured people suddenly getting health care under Obama’s new plan. “How am I, or anybody else worse than me, going to be able to get timely appointments with a doctor once you add in all these new patients?”

Frank said that, in the short term, the “immigration issue” would have an impact on the health-care system, but he believes in time the nation will increase its supply of medical practitioners.

Well, there you go folks. The first Democrat to admit that illegal aliens are going to be getting American Democrat Nationalized Health Care.
