Matt Dwyer Reporting
A Milford man is accused of impersonating his twin to sexually assault a woman.
Jared Rohrig is charged with first degree sexual assault and criminal impersonation. He is a police officer in Orange.
Milford Police say while the 25-year-old man was pretending to be his twin brother, he engaged in a sexual encounter with a woman at his house on Flax Mill Lane in Milford July 19.
The woman said when she realized the man she was with was NOT who she thought he was, she tried to leave, but he restrained her and sexually assaulted her.
Police say the woman went to the emergency room the day after the attack, but asked to be anonymous.
She went to police and filed a complaint July 22. Police are withholding her name.
Rohrig is a police officer in the town of Orange.
Orange Police say he is on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
The accountant obtained consent from Sylvia fraudulently. Therefore, according to your definition, she did not consent.
Yes, your example is rape. But I’m confused about your answer. What do you mean she knew who she was having sex with? In both my examples, the woman thought she was having sex with one particular person and she would never have consented if she knew they were not that person. The only difference is, in the second example, she could see the person.
That makes a difference.
Joe and Bob are identical twins. Joe meets a woman at a bar, brings her home and proceeds to have sex with her. Then he gets up, turns on the light, leaves the room, wakes his identical twin brother, Bob, and tells him it’s his turn. Bob walks into the well lit room, the woman gets a good look at him, but still thinks it Joe. She then has sex with him. So, since she saw him, then it’s not rape?
Yes.
Still rape.
Not if Milquetoast can make the event deductible.
But thank you for playing...
(A) It's Milford, Connecticut
At least he wasn’t impersonating his sister.
So why isn’t it rape when the guy lies to her and say he’s Joe Blow, the drummer for the Ratheads? The woman is consenting to have sex with one particular man and would not have sex with this guy if she knew his real identity. Why isn’t this rape?
Nope. Because she consented with one person and got two.
To continue so yes that would be rape on the part of Bob.
Yes, it is. That’s why you can’t rufee some girl’s drink and have sex with her.
LOL!
Seeing this is a Chet99 news story - did Joe or Bob the identical twins have a pitbull?
To femnazis and their descendants who are all American women today, sex is rape, period. (No pun intended.)
The woman said when she realized the man she was with was NOT who she thought he was, she tried to leave, but he restrained her and sexually assaulted her.

None of your examples involve resistance and force, so I don't see your point. If the woman is telling the truth, is there any question in your mind that what she described was forcible rape?
The rapist brother was found out because he didn’t have a tattoo on his rear end. Somehow that made it into the Connecticut Post story, but not here. These are my neighbors. Ugh.
