OK, so like when TARP was passed in such a hurry because the financial system was going to collapse in 72 hours. Or when the stimulus package just HAD to go through so quick so that we didn't exceed 8% unemployment. Oh yeah, and when the auto companies HAD to get a bailout right away or they might have to declare bankruptcy.
Maybe it applies to Cap-N-Tax needing to go through quickly. Heathcare reform bills needing to be passed before summer recess...err...the end of the year. Does it explain why congress must vote on bills they haven't had time to read?
Is that what "wee-weed up" means?
