From Talking Points Memo:
Rep. Leonard Boswell (D-IA) told a local town hall meeting that President Obama told him he would deal with health care even if it cost Obama re-election. Said Boswell: "And he said, 'No, if it makes me a one-term president, I'm going to, we're going to take it on because the country is in need of us taking this on.' I respected that very much."

Looks like he got another one wrong.
It’s the taxpayers that are taking him on and we will win!
The poser!!
Half.....white, half black.
“even if it cost Obama re-election.”
Guess what Bubba, if you pass it you will be thrown out, if you don’t pass it you will be thrown out. Sounds like a win-win for America.
Thank goodness. I was worried he might not want to piss everyone and their brother off.
20? I’m thinking more like 50.
You must be a racist.
My hope is that Obamacare will go down to defeat and through that defeat, he’ll be a one-termer. More and more people are waking up and they don’t like what they see. Hopey-changey is being exposed for the fraud that he is.
Hunter-Palin or Thompson-Palin and a RINO-free primary and all will be well.
But deadlock would be an improvement over the danger we face now.
Remember, this is Jimmy Carter on steriods. Look for 1980 to be repeated.
Thompson is a real foot dragger. He was so indecisive in entering the race last time that I’ve had enough of him. I don’t want to go through all that again. Will he, won’t he, will he, won’t he. It made me insane.
I'm beginning to think Sarah Palin may not be such a good idea. She's got a lot of baggage. For one, she's got the daughter's ex-stud in the wings, like an albatross, ready to swoop down and offer commentary on every little thing. It could also be a real mess if there's ever a custody battle, between her daughter and the ex, with her in the White House. You know the Libs would be there urging him on.
Duncan Hunter I like, to a degree. He's sort of been missing in action lately. Haven't seen him or heard him, or heard what he's been up to. He was also rather ungracious in saying that he wanted no part of the vice presidency. Sorry, but he loses major points for that.
