Here's what's puzzling about this. This guy placed third in the primary but would somehow still be on the ballot in November?
Here in the Sooner State, primary elections have simpler rules:
If more than one candidate files for the primary, the candidate who gets a majority of votes goes on to the general election. If no one gets a majority, the top two vote-getters go to a runoff and that winner goes on to the general election.
