You forgot to mention an article about the fact that Petrobas, the Brazilian oil company was awarded the second highest value of leases in the Gulf of Mexico, that were released for drilling on Aug. 19 and the company is also buying the old ARCO refinery in Pasadena TX. So, what really happened is Obama gave the Brazilian company our tax dollars to buy our leases and purchase a refinery to go with the leases. I know he said the money was for drilling off of Brazil, but that sounds like pure BS.
