She knows all about the oppressive police state. She got a ticket in DC for parking in her own driveway!

ngresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC), who sits on the Homeland Security Committee, today called on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and U.S. Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan to restrict the carrying of weapons openly or concealed in or around the areas where the President of the United States and cabinet officials are appearingAin't DHS's decision. This alone could really trigger a bitchin' 10th Amemdment battle from states intent on protecting their enumerated gun rights.
I'll make a deal with Obama - I'll stay out of your events, and you stay out of gun-rights states if you are scared by having legal guns near where you are speaking.

The President, cabinet officials and other top foreign and domestic officials regularly travel in motorcades in the nation's capital. The risks of public shootings, which threaten homeland security, have been minimized by gun laws in the District that restrict both open and concealed gun carrying in publicYeah, the DC gun laws really slowed down Hinkley, you liberal moron...

The extra-Constitutional sham “Congresswoman” from DC says you don’t need no stinkin’ right to bear arms.

Ok, she’s not a Congresswoman, she’s a NON VOTING DELEGATE...and to be honest, she runs unopposed every year because she’s a meaningless idiot for a meaningless position. She’s a walking, talking argument against statehood...not that I support such a notion.

The government should fear the people, the people should not fear the government. If she doesn’t like it tough.

"Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC)"
Okay everyone, lets say it together. She is not a Congresswoman. She has no constitutional authority as a legislator. Stop giving her the wrong title. She is a delegate to the Congress. A totally unconstitutional role.

The RKBA only applies in your home or business. 2A clearly implies that firearms must be unloaded and placed in a locked strongbox or secured saddle bags anytime you’re travelling outside the home.
