the federal Government DOES NOT work in “partnership” with anyone. All this talk about “co-ops” is plan old dung. it is a way to get the camel’s nose into the tent.

Should this not indicate divine blessings to the US government in general and 0bama in particular in decisions regarding life and death? Sort of divine rights of The 0ne?
