To: Blood of Tyrants

The last time Knox County brought a jury from Davidson County to decide a murder case was the 1999 trial of Thomas “Zoo Man” Huskey, who claimed a split personality and an alter ego killed four women. The jury failed to reach a verdict after four days of deliberation. A mistrial was declared and the confession later thrown out on appeal.

Based on this information, they will walk.

No, they won’t walk because the defendant on trial has already plead guilty to robbery, sodomy, and rape. I think I heard that one of the others copped a deal with the DA to testify against the others if he didn’t get the death penalty. I’ll look.

Yea but capitol convictions were given in the Job Corp killings and possibly the Lilylid {sp} family murders. One good thing is that one of out biggest grandstander's in the courtroom theatrics loving defense attorney’s is currently occupied.
