I think it's very, very close I fear that they only have eight, maybe nine that will vote against it the public option. I count Landrieu, Baucus, Linconln, Conrod and Nelson as reliable "no" votes, with "maybe no's" Bayh, McKaskill and Tester. Not sure about the new guy in Alaska.
Don't forget, Martinez will be gone so there's one less Republican to vote against it. Collins and Snow are completely unpredictable.

Lindsey Graham has said several times that there is not enough support in the Senate for the public option. I wonder if he means 60 or 50.
