The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 33% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Forty percent (40%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -7.

He was also elected because he had a “presence” McCain lacked.
AND because the preceding GOP President was basically incompetent as was and still is, the GOP leadership.
The GOP will NEVER take back Congress and the White House, REGARDLESS of how poorly the Dems and Obama perform as long as they present themselves as “Democrat Light” and fail to represent the conservative views of the base of their constituencies.
The GOP needs a “rebirth” with respect to traditional American values, Conservative Principles, and Constitutional Orthodoxy.
And as long as it has pre-extinction dinosaurs like Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Grassley, Hatch, Snowe, Collins, Graham and McCain as spokespersons, it is incapable of confronting the Dems. Either the forgoing are totally incompetent or philosophically in bed with the Democrats.

I think that will be what eventually hits them is the bottom dollar, but i could be wrong. As they see Fox continue to grow, the wise ones will want to get on the band wagon. And Fox isn’t that conservative!

The MSM will protect this guy no matter what. They supported him in the election and they are invested in him and his policies, especially the NBC/GE folks. If his approval rating is 39% the PMSNBC types will still defend him.

For a while I counted how fast he head switched side to side.
It used to be about 16 to 18 times a minute.
I’ll have to do that again and see if he’s changed over time.
