This could potentially be worse than Dred Scott. Dred Scott was returned to slavery (he was shortly freed after that), but this young lady is returned to be murdered. Returning this young lady to be murdered may also be looked upon favorably by the PC people because it could be construed as a slap at the un PC Christianity.

She is 17 years old. It's hard to believe that lawyers will not be able to stall on her behalf for a year so that her father's claims become moot, at least under non-Sharia law.
