Probably some homeless guy with limited mental abilities, they will use it and over-expose it for publicity and diversion. Of course it could be real given today’s climate that the demoncraps have propogated.

CIA would not be involved in a threat against the President unless it was an overseas threat. Domestic threats are usually handled by Secret Service, FBI and local law enforcement.
