Same tactics used by Hamas, Amanutjob, Chavez etc. Buy off the poor to rise up against the working class. This is going to get ugly.

“Thank God for Obama. He’s looking out for us.”

Are you kidding me?! Did the money come out of Mr. Obama’s checking account? Did he work for it? How about some thanks to the taxpayers?

I’m waaaaaay all in favor for helping the needy, I make donations and put cash in the envelope at Church. I don’t expect to be known for what I do, I don’t expect a thank you. But to credit Obama for this crap?

” Billionaire, feds give out $175M to aid neediest students around the state “

.... artificially inflate otherwise lackluster ‘back-to-school’ sales to create the illusion of ‘green shoots’...

There - fixed it.....

My tax payer dollars must be burning a hole in Obama’s pockets.

This is surreal, but a taste of things to come. File under vote buying, vote payoffs, repayments, redistribution of income, and reparations.

"It's free money!" said Alecia Rumph, 26, who waited in a Morris Park, Bronx, line 300 people deep for the cash to buy uniforms and book bags for her two kids.

The chant of the liberal slaves as they worship at the feet of their Gods, Soros and Bozo the WH clown, "Free Money, Free Money, Free Money!", ignoring the fact it is only free to them, not to the people having to foot the bill for their vote bribes.

Throwing more cake crumbs to the peasants, eh?

Why not bring jobs back to the US so people don’t have to live in poverty on the governments largesse?

No to government crumbs! Yes to jobs!

Every child between 3 and 17 was eligible for $200, which worked out to 813,845 kids across the state - including 498,866 in the city.

It won't even come close to covering the increase in cigarette tax for the them and their kids.

Call me crazy, but this is a good thing. As long as the parents spend it on the kids.

All the kids upstate balance out racially the kids on welfare in NYC. (Seems some of you are upset about what color the kids are who will have new clothes and shoes.)

$200 per kid is not a whole lot of money. At least the kids can go back to school with a new pair of shoes, one new outfit, and a new backpack.

I remember when Pat Robertson’s organization used to do this for poor kids down south. I sent donations.

Don’t begrudge the children who will benefit from this. The kids didn’t ask to be born, or to be in a welfare family.
