Senator Barbara Boxer Protest - San Jose, CA - 15 August 2009

Posted on 08/11/2009 6:50:25 PM PDT by CounterCounterCulture

Freep Senator Barbara Boxer, Tea Party Style - 15 August 2009

Saturday, August 15, 2009 Time: 1:00 PM Location: Barnes & Noble, 3600 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose

Senator Barbara Boxer is having a book signing on Saturday, August 15th at 1:00pm at Barnes and Noble, 3600 Stevens Creek Boulevard, San Jose. Wouldn’t be wonderful if we had 1,000 protesters on the corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard near San Tomas Expressway with signs protesting the rationing of health care and the hints of euthanasia with ObamaCare? We encourage people to start gathering around 12:30pm, and things will disburse no later than 2:30pm. There is no cost to be on the sidewalks of America, at least not yet.

We strongly recommend no one disturb customers of Barnes and Noble, or confront Senator Boxer. There will be security, and any confrontation would negatively reflect on the protest. However, placards with messages similar to what we displayed on July 5th would be very appropriate as we greet car passersby, and accept their “thumbs-up” gestures. We are strongly discouraging anyone protesting inside the store.

So she is signing books but not holding a Town Hall meeting? Is this correct? If so shame on her!

Zoe got her a*s chewed last night in San Jose which was stunning.

Who is the local DJ like Ken & John in So Cal? maybe Savage or a Ken & John type can get a crowd out there.

Hopefully these evil idiots are learning that we do not like them at all.

Good luck Barbra. The most powerful woman in the history of American politics is suffering a humiliating defeat at the nation’s bookstores, sales figures show. In her first week at market, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi sold just 2,737 copies of her book KNOW YOUR POWER, according to NIELSEN BOOKSCAN. The DOUBLEDAY release was launched with a full media push, featuring high profile interviews on TODAYTHEVIEWTHISWEEK. Pelosi’s sales debacle [#41 on the Non-Fiction Chart] is dramatically overshadowed by the first high profile anti-Obama book, OBAMA NATION, which debuts at #1 on both the BOOKSCAN and the NEW YORK TIMES Bestseller List, with 21,466 copies moved........................ http://stuckon-stupid.com/2008/08/07/pelosi-book-flops-obama-nation-hits-1-on-ny-times-bestseller-list/

I commented on another thread about the California water segment on Hannity. It seems there is a concerted effort to break this country over the knee of government. I found it amazing how that hispanic spokesperson admitted he voted for Obama but didn’t expect this sort of change.

Is Boxer signing a Coloring Book?

The Woman is as dumb as a bag of rocks. If she can write a Book, my Dog can read and understand the Health Care Bill Obama is peddling.

I hope everyone will be sporting some amount of being ‘overdressed’ to throw it in her face....such as a ‘bow tie’, ‘huge sparkly earrings’, or a ‘tiara’.

Also a sign or two that says, “AM I TOO OVERDRESSED FOR YOU................ MA’AM?”

Blind Trust (Hardcover)

Editorial Reviews
Product Description
Now married (to a Republican!) and in her second term United States Senator Ellen Fisher (Democrat) is about to chair explosive hearings on Homeland Security. Before she goes head to head with the Vice President whose excessive zeal in enforcing national security has begun to infringe on individual liberties Ellen and her staff become the subjects of a barrage of charges and attacks that threaten their safety as well as her career and marriage. This second novel by Senator Barbara Boxer is the story of dirty tricks and political survival and the battle for integrity in the corridors of power. Combining the personal and the political Blind Trust is an intriguing insider’s view of what goes on behind closed doors in Washington D.C.

About the Author
Senator Barbara Boxer is now in her third term in the Senate, having previously served in the House of Representatives for 10 years. She is the author of A Time to Run. She lives in California and Washington, D.C.

Mary-Rose Hayes is the author of seven previous novels and co-author of A Time to Run. She lives in Arizona and California.
