Obama’s masters must be very disappointed in his performance today.
The only time he does tell the truth is by accident!
when do the Republicans run this as a commercial? (holding breath)
What a hilarious video clip! Besides 0bozo throwing the U.S. Post Office under his bus, for their “gubmint” incompetence, it was hilarious to watch 0bozo agonizing & bumbling to get his words & thoughts out in a cohesive articulate way. Obviously he was not being coached by his TOTUS and it was readily apparent. I laughed to see him straining so diligently to not screw up. It reminded me of the video clip last fall, when when he completely botched up his example of some uninsured person going to an emergency ward, paying $10, etc, etc., hey quiet down, I can’t think, etc. What an incompetent 0bozo!!!
Does anyone have the full text for those of us who are cubicle-bound?
I’d watch the video but I’m not in the mood.
I only have one question, was he answering off the cuff or reading from a teleprompter?
Did I forget to tell you guys. I finally hijacked his teleprompter. Anything else you’d like me to type in there for him to say?
You mean the very same government run post office that is going bankrupt? =.=
- 0bummer.
Sign making material!
My mouth hit the floor when I first heard a clip of that on Rush’s show this afternoon. I can’t believe he used the Government Run post office as a selling point for Government Run health care!!! What a MORON!! If anything, he just proved the point against health care reform and the public option!! OMG!
He and his minions will kvetch and moan about being taken out of context but the pure and simple fact is that there’s no context possible that alters the undeniable truth of his post office example. None in his favor, that is.
Yeah, you knew it wasn’t going to take long to start making the rounds. Of course the crAP, UPI, blah, blah all concentrated on the fact there were no protestors. Gee, I wonder why?
And then there’s Obama. Comparing the USPS to UPS and Fedex and letting it hang out there that, you know, the government really does suck at this.
That was good stuff. You can see he was fumbling his words with no teleprompter. And he came up with a beauty, comparing the government’s role in healthcare reform to the post office ! lmaooo
Imagine if UPS ran a Hospital....
Rapid surgeries and recovery times depicked, It would absolutely kill Socialized Health Care forever...
Beside, how many of the Oprah watchers that gave us this toad of a POTUS have a "ting" for the delivery man if you get my drift...
Maybe that is the only way we will reach those lug heads...
Of course, the Left will come back and say that the USPS isn’t government run anymore.
Doesn’t matter. If Obama considered that, than his comparison makes no sense at all. I guess you could say it was nonsensical Obama at his best.
The only governbment entity I am aware of that makes a profit is AMARC, and they didn't buy the aircraft to make it with!
Then he shoots himself in the other foot with this:
"There's nothing inevitable about this somehow destroying the public marketplace, as long as--and this is a legitimate point you're raising--it's not set up where the government(plan) is basically being subsidized by the taxpayers, so that even if they're not providing a good deal, we need to keep on having to pony out more and more money."
I mean, what is this if not taxpayer subsidized? He just admitted that the public option WILL drive private insurers out of business, and that the government-run plan would have no incentive to provide a good deal for the taxpayers.
I wonder how he was able to remain standing after that.
OMG what an idiot. This will be worse for him than the cops that acted stupidly...
Not only did he point out that gov’t run USPS is “always the one having problems” while the private companies [fedex ups] are not...
but the freaking usps is the ONLY lawful carrier of mail - AND THEY STILL SUCK at service [wait times, getting it right the first time, etc.]
And when it comes to health care, do ya THINK that’ll matter. Geezus what an idiot.
