Video
Obama makes the point that the Government can't run anything.

Yeah, you knew it wasn’t going to take long to start making the rounds. Of course the crAP, UPI, blah, blah all concentrated on the fact there were no protestors. Gee, I wonder why?
And then there’s Obama. Comparing the USPS to UPS and Fedex and letting it hang out there that, you know, the government really does suck at this.
He could compared H& R Block and Jackson Hewitt to the IRS !!!!
That was good stuff. You can see he was fumbling his words with no teleprompter. And he came up with a beauty, comparing the government’s role in healthcare reform to the post office ! lmaooo
Yeah. The Yankees suck.
Imagine if UPS ran a Hospital....
Rapid surgeries and recovery times depicked, It would absolutely kill Socialized Health Care forever...
Beside, how many of the Oprah watchers that gave us this toad of a POTUS have a "ting" for the delivery man if you get my drift...
Maybe that is the only way we will reach those lug heads...
Of course, the Left will come back and say that the USPS isn’t government run anymore.
Doesn’t matter. If Obama considered that, than his comparison makes no sense at all. I guess you could say it was nonsensical Obama at his best.
The only governbment entity I am aware of that makes a profit is AMARC, and they didn't buy the aircraft to make it with!
I don’t think even 0bama himself knows what he was saying, and like a train wreck he could see it coming but he could not stop himself from saying the words.
They should be, but the MSM won't let Obama down. From the short radio reports I've heard about his town hall: answered questions, called opponents fear mongers, got standing ovation.
Just from a few highly edited radio reports, one would think he gave a masterful performance.
Could have been worse...
He could compared H& R Block and Jackson Hewitt to the IRS !!!!
Got me there! lol
Perhaps the racists on the Left think he's "gifted" for an immigrant?
I’d love to hear this roll off his lips...

” Brother, you asked for it!
Francisco Domingo Carlos Andres Sebastian d’Aconia”
Then he shoots himself in the other foot with this:
"There's nothing inevitable about this somehow destroying the public marketplace, as long as--and this is a legitimate point you're raising--it's not set up where the government(plan) is basically being subsidized by the taxpayers, so that even if they're not providing a good deal, we need to keep on having to pony out more and more money."
I mean, what is this if not taxpayer subsidized? He just admitted that the public option WILL drive private insurers out of business, and that the government-run plan would have no incentive to provide a good deal for the taxpayers.
I wonder how he was able to remain standing after that.
OMG what an idiot. This will be worse for him than the cops that acted stupidly...
Not only did he point out that gov’t run USPS is “always the one having problems” while the private companies [fedex ups] are not...
but the freaking usps is the ONLY lawful carrier of mail - AND THEY STILL SUCK at service [wait times, getting it right the first time, etc.]
And when it comes to health care, do ya THINK that’ll matter. Geezus what an idiot.
0bama at a minimum has recognized that belittling, ridicule, and simply dismissing concerns didn’t work - not one bit.
He acknowledges that “it is a valid concern” that a gov’t program could run the private insurance cos out of business.
...but he didn’t go beyond acknowledging the concern...! He just left it out there.
This guy is losing it on camera live.
I watched it live. He killed health care with that one line.
How can you argue with him? He’s right. The government can’t run things as well as the private sector.
If the government cannot run a mail delivery system without losing $7 billion, how can anyone expect they will run health care efficiently?
So.......Just where the heck does Mr. Obama think the government gets it's money?
If we had a news media that was unbiased and competent, we might actually have a news media.
