Houston police say they have solved the 1992 slaying of black community activist Quanell X's brother and three others in a reputed south Houston crack house, and the three suspects already are in prison on unrelated matters.
Police have filed capital murder charges against Jeremiah Dewayne Arnold, 38; Rasheed Abdul Aziz, 34; and Dewayne Eythell, 34.
They are accused in the July 17, 1992, slayings of Quanell X's brother Quinntin M. Evans, 20; and Robert Keith Arceneaux, 21; Jonathan Duncan, 16 and Laura Mitchell, 18, in a duplex owned at the time by a Houston police officer.
"I never thought I would see this day, but I knew if we had enough people looking at it, it would be cracked some day," Quanell X said.

Who???
Its funny how Quannel The Tenth has this whole “justice is served” attitude now but when black people are arrested for crimes against other people’s family members he’s always hollering out about how the justice system is racist.
Man please.
No opportunity for racial entrepreneur Quannel to make any hay out of this.
Move along. Nothing to see here.
I never heard the term “community activist” until a couple of years ago, but apparently it’s a new name for “black criminal”.
This is my brother Dewayne and this is my other brother Dewayne.
It’s funny how I only hear about this man on FR. Maybe, he’ll be the next Obama.
Its funny how I only hear about this man on FR. Maybe, hell be the next Obama.
He seems to stay mostly to southeast Texas as best I can tell.
If you lived in Houston you'd hear plenty about him - more than you wanted, in fact !
Whew... Thank goodness they finally tracked down the ruthless thugs who killed Quanell X’s brother in that crack house.
I can sleep now.
LOL....
Yeah....all the people are safe in Houston NOW!
Oh boy, sorry to hear that. Who would these people blame if all “whiteys” left the U.S. Maybe we should recruit Rev. Peterson or Rev. Manning to run for Pres. in 2012. Then again, I could care less what color someone is. Plus, they would be ravaged as Uncle Toms. What a screwed up society we have.
