We dont have an open carry in Pa. We have concealed carry ????????? Look it up. We have both. PA is a shall issue state.Visit the County Sheriff where you live, fill out the form, pay your 25 bucks and get a permit to carry concealed. No permit is needed to carry openly.

Wow! I sit corrected. I have never seen anyone open carry so I assumed (yes, I know)we didnt have OC. I sit corrected. Thanks! Of course Philadelphia tries to make its own rules up. Been hassled for concealed carry in Philadelphia a couple of times. My lawyer likes the extra change. :)
