Wow! I sit corrected. I have never seen anyone open carry so I assumed (yes, I know)we didnt have OC. I sit corrected. Thanks! Of course Philadelphia tries to make its own rules up. Been hassled for concealed carry in Philadelphia a couple of times. My lawyer likes the extra change. :)
How were you hassled if it was concealed?
And yes, PA is very gun-friendly. One of the (many) reasons I moved here from NY.
