Absolutely! That's why the Founding Fathers did NOT want a permanent ruling class like we have now. We are supposed to have real people serve for awhile then go home and let the next real person step up to actually *serve* the public, not have the public serve them.

Oh yeah, and they figured that people like that would live within their means. We're certainly not doing *that* right now.
