We are closer to passing health care reform than we've ever been in the history of this country, and the opposition knows it. The small, lobbyist-funded right-wing is trying to scare Members of Congress and the American public away from supporting health care reform. We can't let fear win - America has been at the mercy of the insurance industry from too long. We need health care reform now, and we can't wait any longer.
You can help fight back against these right-wing disrupters. Follow the steps below to attend events in your area and get trained on how to deal with disruptions, intimidation, and name-calling at the events.
With a little energy, planning, and knowledge, we can fight back against the right-wing and win health care for all!

Take a moment and read the article this links to. It lists counter-tactics they want to deploy.

I didn’t see anything in there about SEIU union thugs beating black conservative men, must be in another script.
Let them think this is a small, funded by insurance company group. Phone calls, faxes and letters to the congress critters will show otherwise. The fact we outnumber them about 4 to 1 at least at the town halls is a good side issue, in favor of us.
Keep it up, they’re already ready to throw in the towl at DU... The key to winning is to take away the other sides will to fight, the nutroots really want the “public option” government funded side. Take that away and they evaporate, takes the will right out of them. We haven’t won yet, but we’re getting there. Keep it up!
I would say, if they show up these events where they are outnumbered 5 to 1, and they think they are going to start some violence and mixing it up, well then, they are for sure going to be regrettably shouting "HEALTH CARE NOW!"
We are peaceful, normal people. But we will not be assaulted or attacked. They have another think coming if they think they can repeat St. Louis.
Nearly all the usual suspects.
And who, pray tell, is the funding source behind "Health Care for Americans Now"?
IMAGINE how deranged you’d have to be to SUPPORT socialism and gov’t takeover of all your rights and freedoms... what would you even think from day to day? Trick question, if you couldn’t think, what would it be like to be a socialist for a day.. actually scratch that I don’t even want to know, I just want them the h*ll out of my country...
Change is coming, motherf***ers.
Oh, OK, I see the group is nothing but a newly formed mouthpiece for the usual liberal suspects.
we can fight back against the right-wing and win health care for all!
haha! “small”! “funded”! haha!!
Our republican leaders don’t even support us! bwaahahaha!!!!
They are playing an organized selective confrontation exchange on Twitter.
Some of them have the ability to remove damaging tweets of those they engage.
They communicate among themselves as to strategy, and give support.
Very often extremely foul language in their posts.

There were others that disappeared with other users yesterday.
Unsettling.

I guess we all thought the same thing.
I posted it...I'm not sure why -- it's so long. I guess maybe I thought the website looked really hokey and such details might be taken down at any time.
I just can’t bring myself to go over to the DU—are you serious?

Dag Nabbit—this never happens to me, I kept getting a Proxy Server error or some such thing, what the heck.
Funny how they use the term “ideologue” so smuggly in reference to freedom loving folks. Do these people really think they can create an alternative reality. I think not. The truth is that the folks don’t like the concept of government run health care. End of story!
