Usually, I just hand them a copy of the pdf (either on line or in person) and tell them they can look up the references. Every one of these items can be easily found in the pdf. I think more of US have read this monstrosity than congress.

You bet your britches they haven’t read it. Too much WORK and not enough ‘liquid and country club lunches’.

I have a copy now, and i’m looking at the first point from the first summary....
Page 22 does not mandate audits.... let alone ALL self insuring employers.
It does talk about a study that gathers information (which may be an indirect “hint” that some companies may be audited to get the info. But the words “Audit” or “Mandate” does not occur.
At the end of page 22, and into 23 is where the results of the study will be used to “Make Recommendations” to ensure that incentives for self-insuring does not exist.
Help me out here... what am I missing?
