I have a copy now, and i’m looking at the first point from the first summary....

Page 22 does not mandate audits.... let alone ALL self insuring employers.

It does talk about a study that gathers information (which may be an indirect “hint” that some companies may be audited to get the info. But the words “Audit” or “Mandate” does not occur.

At the end of page 22, and into 23 is where the results of the study will be used to “Make Recommendations” to ensure that incentives for self-insuring does not exist.

Help me out here... what am I missing?

Looking futher, seems I'm missing something too. Seems this list is completely bogus, or is out of sync with the origional HC bill.

I agree. I wish we could get summaries of each point without the sarcasm.

I’ve tried to read the bill and can’t understand most of it. It would be helpful lawyer would summarize some of the major points without all the sarcasm and fun notes.

I realize there is some bit of forming an opinion on what each one means, but as close as possible to what is actually being said in them would be helpful.
