A White House Web site activated Monday uses the same set-up as the "Fight the Smears" page the Obama campaign maintained last year to battle rumors seen as potentially damaging to his candidacy.
The Obama administration has launched a new Web site to battle what it calls "wild rumors" about the health care reform plans being pushed through Congress -- including an invitation for the public to tattle on any other "myths" they come across.

Is it legal for the White House to engage in advocacy for/against a candidate or piece of pending legislation?
Recall that even in re-election efforts, they cannot use their government offices to campaign.

Here's the number one reality check: Mr. Obama believes the U.S. Constitution is "fundamentally flawed" and is a "charter of negative liberties" because it does not address issues of "political and economic justice in society," to include "redistribution of wealth."
All of this is not about "health insurance reform;" it's about government elitists who do not believe Americans have individual and unalienable rights that come from our Creator.
It's about the implementation of a wrongheaded Utopian vision in which government is supreme and allocates privileges to its subjects as it sees fit. There is no better way to do so than to rule every phase of our lives through government control and rationing of health care.
And that's real: Mr. Obama has stated he desires a government-run single payer health care system. This phony "Reality Check" website and all of Mr. Obama's pronouncements don't change what the American people know to be true.
Mr. Obama will accept any bill that advances his vision of Socialism that punishes an American society that, as his wife says, is "downright mean." The lies and distortions spread on this website won't change that. And that's the only thing that's "fishy" about the mess Mr. Obama and his cronies have created.
0bama hates “folks” aka Americans. Every time he uses “folks” he really means the bible, gun clinging rednecks who support the KKK.
What would prevent folks from overwhelming this site with stories and myths that this reform WILL work? That is the biggest lie of all.

The biggest rumor is that this is about health care. The mask is off. Progressives ‘public option’ has revealed that their real objective is a turf war to get socialism to replace free enterprise in the American economy. They see the actions of the insurance industry as giving them an opening. Closing any openings should be the first order of the industry to cut off any socialist avenues.
Once health care is taken over by the governement, anyone working in health care is a government employee. That’s a LOT of additional Democrats.
GTH, Obama. Why would anyone believe you after you crammed through a failed stimulus using the same tactics you are now using to try and cram through nationalized healthcare.

The biggest myth of all is that Barak Hussein Obama is an American. This man is a bag of hatred and lies. Never seen his likes in American politics before; not even Ted Kennedy, Al Gore or Jimmy Carter are as destructive to the U.S. as is this creepy lying machine. As part of health care "reform" Obama is pushing to have all medical records placed into computers, he has said this publicly several times. He claims it will save money. But just think, if government takes control of your medical records they will be able to find out your most personal, intimate problems, both physical and mental health related, and they can use this information to destroy a person".
If you are a political opponent of whom they take seriously, these creepy leftists will have a record of your medications, your illnesses, any mental health issues. They will know enough about you to crush you like a bug if you're not as clean as God Himself. In other words, all of us. Except of course those little gods in Washington D.C., whose medical records will not be a part of this socialist scheme. This abomination must be defeated, it's just one component of a master plan to control the masses through socialism, but a very important component to the Leftists. If this thing passes our freedom passes with it. PERIOD.
