A People’s History of the United States: 1492 to Present by Howard Zinn
The words “people’s history” should be enough of a clue.
This book is THE accepted history book in most colleges. Be VERY CAREFUL where you send your kids.

I have seen these ‘textbooks’. A picture on EVERY page assures idiot engagement with the text. Pathetic. NO academic rigor whatsoever!
