The only way to change the order is to manually rearrange every paragraph...or do what I’m doing and read the website from the bottom up while reading the health “care” bill from top to bottom.

It appears that Obama’s people have spammed the Internet with articles so finding synopsis that are easily understood by all is more difficult to find.
