In Fremont where I live a while ago. The police had a gadget that could turn the light in an intersection red. The fire department had it too.

The police in Fremont could have probably prevented this accident.

BTW - Fresno is pretty heavily infested with gangs.

It seems to me that the cops were not the ones who blew through a stop sign. Why do we always divert blame to people who DIDN’T commit the crime? I guess the guy who ran from the cops was just the victim.

Our police and fire have them too. But they don’t control stop signs. :-)

How about remote controlled retractable spike-strips at each intersection? Just a thought.

This happened in Dinuba.

Fresno has as much gang activity as other cities its size. Watching TV news you'd think it was a lot more.
