It seems to me that the cops were not the ones who blew through a stop sign. Why do we always divert blame to people who DIDN’T commit the crime? I guess the guy who ran from the cops was just the victim.
That’s the way some here seem to see it. In my state the moment you flee you turn the situation into a felony offense. I prefer the old way just shoot the SOB and end it.
Certainly, the people who decided to run were more responsible for this than the police, BUT the police made an extremely poor decision here. The people who were punished that committed no crime were the kids that died.
