Why not? Hussein’s a meglomaniac opportunist. The Communist movement is alive and well in the muslim world. Communisim and Fasicism of the Nazi variety are all verions of the same philosophy. Islam and Mein Kampf both describe the same things the same waay. All the Great Leaders wanted peace - albeit on their own terms. So yes, Hussein can be all four easily.
