Come on. Bush's program worked to deter terrorism. It was routed through the department of justice and was very specifically oriented towards terrorism in public places.

Common sense really...if you see terrorist activity (ie. people with bombs strapped to them, weapons, etc) report it.

This program of Obama's does not go through the Justicce Department, but through a political site at the Whitehouse. It speaks to causal conversations and eamils of people to other people expressing their "opinion" of health care.

It is meant to stifle free speech and dissent...not to catch people trying to kill other Americans.
