Epic failure on the Brits part...

"...the brits have a national drinking problem..."They also have a parenting problem. Were all these young adults raised by wolves?

Forcible fondling and demanding sexual gratification with a naked, no doubt business-directed package? Not stopping after she tells him to and throws a drink at her?
I don’t care if the guy was drunk or not, that to me is felonious sexual assault and the woman has a right to an escalated self defense.

It alleged the Briton took down his trousers and started waving his genitals at a number of girls. He then specifically "forcefully fondled" the 26-year old Greek woman, asking her to take hold of his genitals. After asking him to stop harassing her, the police said, she poured the alcoholic drink Sabucco on his genitals (an Italian brand type of Greek ouzo or French Pernod drink).
This again allegedly failed to stop his advances, so the woman seized a lighter and set fire to the alcohol-drenched genitals, local press reports said.

The Briton himself, whose name is expected to be released later, is currently in a private clinic in Heraklion, the capital of Crete island, being treated for second degree burns to his testicles and penis.Good for him!

He's lucky she didn't turn his genitals into a windchime.

I used to spend summers in Crete, firing missiles into the Med.
At times, the constant influx of NATO soldiers and sailors can be a bit much, especially in the port cities.
One of our battalion’s sergeants was arrested and convicted of raping a local Hania/Xania/Chania woman (you wouldn’t believe how many ways they spell that city’s name).
Well done, Ma’am.

The Spartan way of life, draconic rule by militarized aristocrats over subject helots, apparently originated on Crete and was imitated by Sparta.

Hmmm. I must have missed that. I thought the guy was just waving his thing around and sending out engraved invitations, but if I would READ...Okay, maybe the guy had it coming then. I know I would have done something much worse if that happened to my wife.
