I don't know whether the Kenyan BC is a fake or not, though I suspect it is. Uncle Chip opined that even if the BC is fake, that doesn't reflect badly on Orly, and that was what I took issue with.

Right. The fact that we’ve not really been able to prove it’s a fake in over a week, should lead us to know that this is a pretty difficult task. I’m still waiting to see other Certified Copies of BCs from Kenya from that time. Many people are finding examples of BCs - but not the Certified Copies.
That said, I agree, the standard of preparedness before taking this into Court should have been much higher than our discussions here.
