Seniors, it is time to be heard.

<Actually you get better deals elsewhere
That seems to be true. Every time I’ve got to travel for business, I notice that the group rate obtained for the conference is lower than the AARP rate. I’ve never gotten any benefit from my (now lapsed) membership.
On the right side of the screen at 0:32, someone takes a picture of the audience. I wonder if that will be added to the enemies list.
I did the same thing!!
I did the same thing!!
When checking in at motels and hotels I have never been asked for my AARP card, and have been granted discount each and every time that I have requested it. When your hair is silver the clerks seem to be convinced. Don’t worry. You don’t need the stupid card to get senior discounts. I ceased to renew our memberships about two or three years ago after getting fed up with the magazine featuring liberal Hollywood celebrities on the cover of every issue. AARP is a liberal front organization operating on the sweat and blood of America’s elderly.

No kidding. I’m happy not to get that garbage anymore.
I always found it interesting that even though they were trying to market to boomers like myself, which I assume include more college educated, professionals, and tech savvy members than previous cohorts, the articles were often written as if I were a 90 yr old with a 9th grade education and afraid of computers and unable to read my bank statement. It really was quite patronizing.
What silver hair? : ) Me and Lady Clairol are gonna go down together.
THNAKS! The AARP hired a MARXIST......BIG MISTAKE....HUGE!
BTTT!
These AARP folks (the ones at the meeting, at least) are not simply “liberals.” They appear to be true Marxists. The woman is a thug and the man is the folksy type. His statement about how insurance company profits are proof that they don’t want to insure everyone has the stench of a bad Pete Seeger song.
This is truly one of the most amazing things I’ve seen in many years.
